"His actions allowed us to truly appreciate the professionalism and compassion of the airport staff."        On the evening of Aug. 13, Zhou and her parents learned that a close relative had passed away. They needed to travel urgently to Xi'an in Shaanxi Province to make funeral arrangements.    However, overwhelmed by grief, Zhou's parents were unable to complete the mobile check-in process in time and missed the last flight of the day.    Wang helped the family rebook their tickets on the earliest flight the following morning, scheduled to depart shortly after 6 a.m. He then escorted them to a hotel near the airport for the night.    At 5 a.m. the next morning, Wang accompanied the family back to the terminal and stayed with them until they had passed through security.    (By Gong Weiwei)                                。    　　北京8月25日电 (记者 郭超凯 张素)银行业监督管理法修订草案二次审议稿25日提请十四届全国人大常委会第二十四次会议审议。　　为进一步压实银行业监督管理机构保护银行业消费者的职责，完善相关制度，尤其是针对实践中存在的银行业金融机构从业人员挪用客户资金等违法行为专门予以规制，修订草案二审稿作出修改。　　修订草案二审稿中增加列举银行业金融机构及其从业人员不得实施侵害消费者合法权益的行为，包括不得通过挪用资金等方式侵害存款人和其他客户合法权益，不得强制捆绑、强制搭售产品或者服务，不得违反适当性管理规定向存款人和其他客户提供不符合其风险承受能力的产品，不得采取不正当手段催收等。　　修订草案二审稿还增加规定：银行业金融机构从业人员违反本法规定，造成存款人和其他客户损害的，银行业金融机构应当依法承担民事责任。　　金融监管既要管合法更要管非法。为便于打击非法金融活动，修订草案二审稿明确银行业监督管理机构对非法金融活动进行查处时可以采取相关措施。
